RCG was founded in 2017 with the goal of identifying the most promising private equity deals and providing direct access to family offices and high net worth individuals. Our roots stem from our years of experience as a family office participating in and managing our own direct alternative investments. With the growth of the private market over the last decade and the increasing demand of direct deal exposure, we decided to partner with other families to exploit this gap in the marketplace, and formalize the investment operation.
Revelis has closed four investments in our short tenure:
· BioEclipse: Led a $7.7M series A financing for this Stanford based company that is developing an innovative approach to cancer therapy.
· TAP Network: Led an $8M series seed round to finance their universal rewards application.
· Seated: Key investors in pre-series A round. Seated is changing the way people dine by compensating patrons for eating at their favorite restaurants.
· Only Sky: Provided seed financing allowing Only Sky to penetrate the outdoor business market with its seamless booking and management tool.
